Stir Fried Udon
Ingredients
- Udon noodle 乌冬面
- spinach 波菜
- broccoli 西兰花
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- gobo/greater burdock 牛蒡
- dark soy sauce 黑醬油
- rice/ginger wine 米/姜酒
- light soy sauce 酱油
- pepper 胡椒
- corn flour 玉米粉
- sesame oil 麻油
- plain water 清水
Steps
- Chop the onion and garlic. Cut other vegetables to desire size. 葱和蒜切末,其它蔬菜切成喜欢的大小。
- Blanch the udon noodle. 川汤面条备用。
- Place the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, wine, pepper, sesame oil, water and corn flour into a bowl and mix well. 把黑酱油、酱油、酒、胡椒、麻油、水和玉米粉拌勻。
- Heat up the pan with some oil. Sauté the onion and garlic a little while to enhance the aroma. Then toss in the vegetable and noodle. Stir thoroughly. 爆香蒜和葱末,然后加入蔬菜和面。兜匀。
- Season with mixture from step (3). 加入步骤(3)混合物调味即可。
