Ramen in Instant Miso Soup



I bought a pack of instant miso paste and it comes with the dried vegetable. So I'm going to make a simple breakfast: Ramen in Miso soup.

Ingredients

  • ramen    拉面
  • dried mushroom    干冬菇
  • dried scallop    干贝
  • chicken fillet    鸡柳
  • instant miso paste and dried vegetable    快速味和干蔬菜    
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒

 Steps 

  1. Soak the dried mushroom into water overnight. Drain and slice the mushroom, and keep the water for the later use.    干冬菇泡水过夜取出切薄片,泡冬菇水留着备用。
  2. Add the dried scallop and mushroom water into a pot of water. Boil for about 30 minutes. This will be the stock for later use.    把清水、干贝和泡冬菇水加入锅熬约30分钟成高汤。
  3. Put in the chicken fillet and cook. Then lift out and shred the fillet     加入鸡柳滚熟,拿出拔成鸡丝。
  4. Add the miso paste, sliced mushroom, dried vegetable, shredded chicken, ramen into the soup and stir well.    再加、冬菇片、干蔬菜、鸡丝和拉面汤里拌匀。
  5. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.    如需要以盐和胡椒调味。
