Simple Home-made Burger Patty




Me and my boy are bored to have the same menu over and over every week. Noodle, fried rice, porridge, sometime sandwich.... As usual, i asked him what to have for his lunch today, he answered "Don't know.....". Oops, that sounds bad to me! "Mom, I want burger". OK, the burger is on today...

Ingredients

  • minced meat    猪肉(绞碎)
  • minced salmon   三文鱼(绞碎)
  • finely chopped cabbage    包菜(切幼细)
  • finely chopped chive    韭菜碎(切幼细)
  • black pepper    胡椒粉
  • salt    盐
  • oregano    牛至

  Steps 

  1. Place the ingredients into a bowl. Mix until well combined. Lift up the mixture and throw into the bowl several times until the mixture turns sticky. Set in the fridge for an hour.    將所有材料混合均匀。把肉团拎起复抛在碗里数次直到起胶。冷藏1小时。
  2. Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Place the burger mold in the middle. Scoop the mixture into the mold, and pan fry until both sides turn to golden brown.      烧热锅加些食油。把肉饼模置中间。舀些肉团入模内煎至两面金黄。
  3. Sandwich the burger patty with the bun, cheese, mayonnaise.    肉饼夹在面包,芝士,美奶滋之间。
