Home Made Pasta




It's quite a while I didn't cook the pasta in my kitchen. Today I'm going to make the pasta myself instead of using the pre-packed from the supermarket. It's really simple to make, and you can get those common ingredients from your kitchen easily.

Ingredients

  • 80g of all-purpose flour    80 克普通面粉
  • 1 egg    1 颗蛋
  • 1 tea spoon of cooking oil    1茶匙菜油
  • a pinch of salt    少许鹽

 Steps 

  1. Mix all the ingredient evenly into a smooth dough.     把所有材料混合揉成光滑面团。
  2. Rest the dough for an hour.    休面约1小时。
  3. Roll the dough through the roller to the desired thickness. Send the rolled sheet through the cutter or simply use the knife to cut it into thin slices. There you have the pasta. (Always coat the pasta with some flour so they won't sticking each other)   用压面机杆面团至你要的厚度,再放入压面机的切面刀切成面条状;或用刀子割成面条状(面条得撒上些粉以免沾在一起)。
  4. Cook the pasta in the boiling hot salt water to the desired tenderness. The pasta is ready to use.    把面条放入滚烫的盐水里煮至喜欢的硬软程度,即可拿来用。
