Home Made Lasagna
It has been a long time I didn't make the Lasagna. Well, this time I'm going to make my own fresh pasta instead of buying the pre-packed from supermarket. You may buy the wheat flour specifically for pasta-making, but I'm using simple all-purpose flour. Here's the recipe.

Siew Pau (烧包)
Siew Pau (烧包) is a famous snack originated from Seremban. The golden crispy pastry filled with sweet and juicy BBQ pork (叉烧) makes it one of the everyone's favorite food.
Of course, you can have your own made siew pau for your loved ones over here. But one thing to remind, this recipe produce a much softer and flakier pastry then the ordinary Siew Pau. This most probably due to the high content of shortening in both shortcrust and flaky pastry dough. Wait no more, let's go...

Instant Mushroom Soup with Puff Pastry Cap & Instant Garlic Bread
There are many ways to have the nice creamy soup in puff pastry, as well as the garlic bread. You can choose the traditional way to prepare them from first step till the last by yourself, or the instant way like me. I used the instant mushroom soup and the ready-made buns for this recipe, but I added a little creativity on the pastry decorating.
