Ingredients
- brinjal 茄子
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- sesame 芝麻
- pepper 胡椒
- sesame oil 麻油
- toast 吐司
- cucumber 黄瓜
- sushi/sashimi soy sauce 寿司/刺身酱油
Steps
- Roast the sesame to fragrant. 芝麻烘香。
- Finely chop the onion and garlic. 洋葱和蒜切末。
- Slice the brinjal and steam to tender. 茄子切片蒸软备用。
- Mix the brinjal with onion, garlic, pepper, sesame oil and sushi/sashimi soy sauce. 茄子与洋葱、蒜、胡椒、麻油和寿司/刺身酱油混合均匀。
- Sandwich the brinjal, cucumber and some sesame with 2 slices of toast. 茄子、黄瓜和芝麻夹在吐司中间。
