Brinjal & Cucumber Sandwich





Ingredients

  • brinjal    茄子
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • sesame    芝麻
  • pepper    胡椒
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • toast    吐司
  • cucumber     黄瓜
  • sushi/sashimi soy sauce    寿司/刺身酱油







  Steps 

  1. Roast the sesame to fragrant.    芝麻烘香。
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.    洋葱和蒜切末。
  3. Slice the brinjal and steam to tender.    茄子切片蒸软备用。 
  4. Mix the brinjal with onion, garlic, pepper, sesame oil and sushi/sashimi soy sauce.     茄子与洋葱、蒜、胡椒、麻油和寿司/刺身酱油混合均匀。
  5. Sandwich the brinjal, cucumber and some sesame with 2 slices of toast.    茄子、黄瓜和芝麻夹在吐司中间。
