White Rice && Curry
Ingredients
white rice 白饭
salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
tomato 番茄
brinjal 茄子
bean curd sheet 腐竹
garlic 蒜
onion 洋葱
bean curd puff 豆腐卜
curry powder 咖哩粉
milk 牛奶
salt 盐
Steps
Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
Pan fried the salmon fillet to half cooked, brinjal to tender and set aside. 三文鱼柳煎至半熟,茄子煎软备用。
Saute the onion and garlic. 下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
Add the curry powder and stir fried to fragrant. 然后加入咖哩粉炒香。
Pour the milk in bit by bit, and stir thoroughly each pouring. 逐次加入牛奶,每加一次必须搅拌均匀。
Toss in all the vegetables and cook a little while. 放入蔬菜等,继续煮一会儿。
