White Rice && Curry
Ingredients
- white rice 白饭
- salmon fillet 三文鱼柳
- tomato 番茄
- brinjal 茄子
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- bean curd puff 豆腐卜
- curry powder 咖哩粉
- milk 牛奶
- salt 盐
Steps
- Cut the ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Pan fried the salmon fillet to half cooked, brinjal to tender and set aside. 三文鱼柳煎至半熟,茄子煎软备用。
- Saute the onion and garlic. 下油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Add the curry powder and stir fried to fragrant. 然后加入咖哩粉炒香。
- Pour the milk in bit by bit, and stir thoroughly each pouring. 逐次加入牛奶,每加一次必须搅拌均匀。
- Toss in all the vegetables and cook a little while. 放入蔬菜等,继续煮一会儿。
- Then add the salmon. 然后放入三文鱼柳。
- Lastly season with salt. 最后以盐调味。
- Serve the curry with white rice. 咖喱和白饭一起上碟。
