BBQ Pork Sandwiched with Green Salad




Ingredients

  • pork fillet    猪肉片
  • onion    洋葱
  • garlic    
  • LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce     叉烧酱
  • lemon grass    香茅
  • pepper    胡椒
  • sesame oil    麻油
  • toast    吐司
  • cucumber     黄瓜
  • butterhead lettuce     结球莴苣
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • butter/margarine    牛油/黄油







  Steps 

  1. Chopped the lemon grass, onion and garlic.    香茅、洋葱和蒜切末。
  2. Marinate the pork fillet with chopped garlic, onion, lemon grass, pepper, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce, sesame oil for 1 hour.    猪肉片以蒜末洋葱末、香茅末、胡椒、叉烧酱、麻油腌1个小时。
  3. Heat up the grill pan with some cooking oil. Grill the pork fillet to cooked.     烧热烤锅放些油。煎烤猪肉片至熟。
  4. Spread the toast with some butter/margarine.    吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
  5. Sandwich the pork fillet, lettuce, cucumber and some mayonnaise with 2 slices of toast.    猪肉片、结球莴苣黄瓜美奶滋夹在吐司中间。
