BBQ Pork Sandwiched with Green Salad
Ingredients
pork fillet 猪肉片
onion 洋葱
garlic 蒜
LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce 叉烧酱
lemon grass 香茅
pepper 胡椒
sesame oil 麻油
toast 吐司
cucumber 黄瓜
butterhead lettuce 结球莴苣
mayonnaise 美奶滋
butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
Steps
Chopped the lemon grass, onion and garlic. 香茅、洋葱和蒜切末。
Marinate the pork fillet with chopped garlic, onion, lemon grass, pepper, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce, sesame oil for 1 hour. 猪肉片以蒜末、洋葱末、香茅末、胡椒、叉烧酱、麻油腌1个小时。
Heat up the grill pan with some cooking oil. Grill the pork fillet to cooked. 烧热烤锅放些油。煎烤猪肉片至熟。
Spread the toast with some butter/margarine. 吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
Sandwich the pork fillet, lettuce, cucumber and some mayonnaise with 2 slices of toast. 猪肉片、结球莴苣、黄瓜和美奶滋夹在吐司中间。
