BBQ Pork Sandwiched with Green Salad
Ingredients
- pork fillet 猪肉片
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- LKK Char Siew BBQ sauce 叉烧酱
- lemon grass 香茅
- pepper 胡椒
- sesame oil 麻油
- toast 吐司
- cucumber 黄瓜
- butterhead lettuce 结球莴苣
- mayonnaise 美奶滋
- butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
Steps
- Chopped the lemon grass, onion and garlic. 香茅、洋葱和蒜切末。
- Marinate the pork fillet with chopped garlic, onion, lemon grass, pepper, BBQ (Char Siew) sauce, sesame oil for 1 hour. 猪肉片以蒜末、洋葱末、香茅末、胡椒、叉烧酱、麻油腌1个小时。
- Heat up the grill pan with some cooking oil. Grill the pork fillet to cooked. 烧热烤锅放些油。煎烤猪肉片至熟。
- Spread the toast with some butter/margarine. 吐司抹上牛油/黄油。
- Sandwich the pork fillet, lettuce, cucumber and some mayonnaise with 2 slices of toast. 猪肉片、结球莴苣、黄瓜和美奶滋夹在吐司中间。
