Ingredients
Creamy Mushroom Soup
- oyster mushroom 蚝菇
- butter/margarine 牛油/黄油
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- milk 牛奶
- salt 盐
- pepper 胡椒粉
- oregano 牛至
- all-purpose flour 普通面粉
Puffy Tuna Pie
- 1 sheets of puff pastry 1 片全麦多用途酥皮
- tuna flakes 吞拿魚肉碎
- canned tomato puree 罐头番茄泥
- onion 洋葱
- salt & pepper 盐和胡椒
- Oregano 牛至
- egg yolk 蛋黄
- sliced cheese 片状芝士
Steps
Creamy Mushroom Soup
- Sliced the mushroom. Chopped the onion and garlic. 蚝菇切片。洋葱和蒜切末。
- Heat up a pan and stir-fried the mushroom to fragrant without oil. 烧热锅不下油干炒蚝菇至出味。
- Heat up a pan and melt the butter/margarine. Saute the onion and garlic. 用牛油/黄油爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Add in the flour and stir-fried to brown. 加入面粉炒至黄色。
- Pour the milk in little by little and stir thoroughly every pouring. 分次加奶,每加一次都得搅拌均匀无颗粒才再加奶。
- Put in the mushroom and cook a little while. 加入蚝菇稍微煮一下。
- Off the heat and leave cold down a bit. Blend to fine puree. 熄火后,让它稍微冷却然后用果汁机打成细泥。
- Pour into the pan again and heat up the puree. 倒入锅再煮热。
- Add the milk bit by bit if too thick. Stir evenly every pouring. 如果太浓稠可以分次加入牛奶, 每加一次务必蚝菇泥混合均匀。
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano. 以盐、胡椒、牛至调味。
Puffy Tuna Pie
- Mix the tuna flakes with chopped onion, salt, pepper and oregano. 把吞拿魚肉碎与洋葱末 、盐、胡椒、牛至混匀。
- Cut the puff pastry into half. 酥皮切一半。
- Spread the pastry with some tomato puree, then place a layer of tuna and the cheese just like in photo (3). 酥皮涂上番茄泥,然后像图(3)那样摆上吞拿魚和芝士。
- Fold the pastry (over the filling) into a square. Use the fork to press every side firmly so that the filling is locked inside. 把酥皮折半成四方覆盖在馅料上面。用叉子按压四边不让馅料漏出来。
- Egg wash the pie's surface with some egg yolk. 派表面涂上蛋黄。

Bake the pie at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. 以200°C烘25-30分鐘即可。
