ABC Soup
Ingredients
potato 马铃薯
dried scallop 干贝
carrot 胡萝卜
onion 洋葱
garlic 蒜
canned tomato puree 罐头番茄泥
sugar 糖
salt 盐
pepper 胡椒粉
oregano 牛至
plain water 清水
Steps
Cut ingredients into desire size. 把材料切成喜好的大小。
Place the potato, dried scallop, carrot into a pot of water and bring to boil. Cook until all turned tender. 把马铃薯、干贝、胡萝卜放入一锅水煮滚。继续煮直到所有食材变软。
Blend the (2) into puree with blender. 然后把(2)用果汁机打成马铃薯泥。
Saute the onion and garlic with a pan. 爆香洋葱和蒜。
Pour the puree into the pan and stir thoroughly. 加入马铃薯泥搅匀。
Add the canned tomato puree, and well mix with the rest. 加入罐头番茄泥, 务必与马铃薯泥混合均匀。
Season with sugar, salt, pepper, oregano. 以糖、盐、胡椒,牛至调味。
