Puffy Pizza with Dual Topping




Ingredients 

  • 1 sheet of 8” puff pastry    1 片8”起酥皮
  • broccoli    西兰花
  • capsicum    灯笼辣椒
  • tomato puree    番茄
  • sausage    香肠
  • salt & pepper    盐和胡椒
  • Mozzarella shredded cheese    披萨芝士
  • sliced cheese    片装芝士
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • Oregano    牛至  

Steps 

  1. Cut the sausage, broccoli, capsicum into desired size.    香肠西兰花和灯笼辣椒依喜好切块。
  2. Divide the puff pastry into 4 portions. Spread the tomato puree on it, then the sliced cheese.      起酥皮分4份,表面涂上一层番茄泥,再放上片装芝士。
  3. Sausage pizza:  Place a layer of sausage, then broccoli. Seasoning with salt, pepper and oregano. Spread the mayonnaise then the mozzarella cheese on top.    香肠披萨:放一层香肠、西兰花。撒上盐、胡椒、牛至,再铺上一层美奶滋和披萨芝士。   
  4. Vege pizza: Place a layer of broccoli, then capsicum. Seasoning with salt, pepper and oregano. Spread the  mayonnaise then the mozzarella cheese on top.    菜披萨:放一层西兰花、灯笼辣椒。撒上盐、胡椒、牛至,再铺上一层美奶滋和披萨芝士。    
  5. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve while it's  hot.    180°C烤15-20分钟趁热吃哦!
