Stuffed Tofu Puff (釀豆腐卜)
Ingredients
- pork 猪肉
- fish 鱼肉
- shallot 葱头仔
- garlic 蒜
- chives/Chinese leek 韭菜
- tofu puff 豆腐卜
- light soy sauce 酱油
- pepper 胡椒
- sesame oil 麻油
- dark soy sauce 黑酱油

- plain water 清水
Steps
- Dice and minced the pork with chopping knife till gluey. Same goes with the fish. 猪肉切丁再剁碎至起胶,鱼肉如法炮制。
- Finely chop the shallot, garlic, chives/Chinese leek. 葱头仔、蒜和韭菜切末。
- Place the minced pork, minced fish, shallot, garlic, chives/Chinese leek, light soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, salt into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Keep in fridge for an hour. The filling is ready to be used. 将猪肉碎、鱼肉碎、葱头仔、蒜、韭菜、酱油、胡椒、麻油、黑将油、盐放入碗里搅拌均匀冷藏1小时。
- Peel a little hole on the tofu puff and remove the inner whitish stuff so you can have more free space to stuff in the filling. 豆腐卜拔个小洞,挖掉里面白色的东西以便可以塞入更多内馅。
- Scoop some filling from step (3) and stuff into the tofu puff. 舀些步骤(3)的混合物塞进豆腐卜里。
- Place all the stuffed tofu puff into a pot that filled half pot of plain water+dark soy sauce+light soy sauce+sesame oil+salt+pepper. 把塞好的豆腐卜置入已装半锅的清水+黑将油+酱油+麻油+盐+胡椒的锅里。
- Cook the stuffed tofu puff for about 30 minutes. 煮约30分钟即可。
