Fancy Moist Chocolate Cupcake



I'm doing the same recipe again Moist Chocolate Cupcake, but i'm garnish it with fancy pinky frosting (white, light pink and dark pink colors) instead of the chocolate topping.

Pinky Frosting

Ingredients

  • 120g of creamwell     120 克玛芝淋忌
  • 70g of icing sugar    70 克糖粉
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract    1 茶匙香草精
  • 1 tea spoon of milk    1 茶匙牛奶
  • Few drops of red coloring    数滴红色素

  Steps 

  1. Place the creamwell, icing sugar, vanilla extract and milk into a mixing bowl.     克玛芝淋忌糖粉、香草精和奶倒入碗里
  2. Mix them well with hand mixer.    用搅拌机打匀成奶油。
  3. Divide the cream into 3 different container. 1 remain white color, second one drop a little red coloring and stir it into light pink. The 3rd one has more red coloring to turn it into darker pink     把奶油分成三份装进个别碗里。第一碗白色,第二碗加少许红色素搅匀成浅粉红;最后一碗多些红色素搅匀成深粉红。
  4. Scoop the 3 colors cream into 3 different piping bags and there are ready to decorate the cakes.  把个别颜色的奶油进入个别裱华袋,然后在蛋糕表面裱花装饰。
