Simple Tuna Wraps




Sometime, the wraps are great dish to have during your breakfast or tea-time, or even in every meal too. You can wrap with anything you love, like mine one with tuna and cheese.

Ingredients

  • wrap    卷餅皮
  • tuna flakes    罐頭吞那魚肉碎
  • mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • butter/margarine    牛油或黃油
  • sliced cheese    片狀芝士
  • oregano    牛至香草
  • salad leaves    沙拉菜

  Steps 

  1. Spread some butter/margarine on the wrap.     卷餅皮上抹一層牛油/黃油。
  2. Toast the wrap in the grill pan.      把卷餅皮置在烤鑊上烤一下。
  3. Spread the tuna flakes, salad leaves and mayonnaise, then a touch of oregano . Lastly the sliced cheese on the top.     鋪上吞那魚肉碎﹑ 沙拉菜和美奶滋﹐撒些牛至。最後放上片狀芝士。
  4. Fold the wrap to the desire shape, toast it in grill pan for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.    把卷餅折成想要的形狀,再進烤鑊烤越5分鐘至芝士融化即可。
  5. Toast the wrap in the grill pan for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
