Bacon Egg Muffin




Well, this is another simple recipe for your breakfast. All you need are bacon, egg and cheese. The  egg supposedly stay inside the bacon ring, but mine went in wrong order...haha..
Anyway, it still taste as good as it should be. Have a nice try.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs    2 顆蛋
  • 4 slices of bacon    4 片燻肉
  • 2 slices of cheese    2 片芝士
  • a touch of salt and pepper    少許鹽和胡椒

  Steps 

  1. Place the bacon into muffin pan, and make a ring shape.    將燻肉放入滿芬模﹐ 繞成圈圈。
  2. Bake the bacons at 200°C for 10 minutes.    烘爐200°C烤燻肉圈10分鐘。
  3. Place the beaten egg (with salt and pepper) and cheese into the middle of bacon rings.        把稍打過的蛋液(已混合鹽和胡椒)和芝士倒進燻肉圈中。
  4. Bake them at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.     進爐以200°C烤10-15分鐘。
