Lovely Puffy Pastry Served with Sardine Curry
Ingredients
- puff pastry 起酥皮
- canned sardine in tomato sauce 罐头茄汁沙丁鱼
- tomato 番茄
- brinjal 茄子
- bean curd sheet 腐竹
- garlic 蒜
- onion 洋葱
- bean curd puff 豆腐卜
- curry powder 咖哩粉
- milk 牛奶
- salt 盐
Steps
- Slice the puff pastry and fold into the heart shape as shown in the steps above. 根据以上步骤把起酥皮折成心型。
- Bake the pastry at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. 然后以180°C烤15-20分钟。
- Chopped the onion and garlic. 洋葱和蒜切末。
- Cut the other ingredients into desire size. 其他材料切成喜欢的大小。
- Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 以菜油烧热锅,再爆香葱和蒜。
- Add the curry powder and stir fried until fragrant. 加入咖哩粉炒香。
- Pour in some milk and stir well. 加适量奶搅匀。
- Put in the brinjal. Cook to tender. 下茄子煮至软。
- Toss in the bean curd puff and bean curd sheet. 倒入豆腐卜和腐竹。
- Add the sardine as well the tomato sauce. 加入罐头沙丁鱼和它的茄汁。
- Then follow by tomato. 然后加入番茄。
- Season with some salt. 放盐调味。
- Serve the baked puffy pastry together with the sardine curry. 烤好的起酥皮和咖哩沙丁鱼一起上桌。
