Lovely Puffy Pastry Served with Sardine Curry
Ingredients
puff pastry 起酥皮
canned sardine in tomato sauce 罐头茄汁沙丁鱼
tomato 番茄
brinjal 茄子
bean curd sheet 腐竹
garlic 蒜
onion 洋葱
bean curd puff 豆腐卜
curry powder 咖哩粉
milk 牛奶
salt 盐
Steps
Slice the puff pastry and fold into the heart shape as shown in the steps above. 根据以上步骤把起酥皮折成心型。
Bake the pastry at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. 然后以180°C烤15-20分钟。
Chopped the onion and garlic. 洋葱和蒜切末。
Cut the other ingredients into desire size. 其他材料切成喜欢的大小。
Heat up the pan with cooking oil. Saute the onion and garlic. 以菜油烧热锅,再爆香葱和蒜。
Add the curry powder and stir fried until fragrant. 加入咖哩粉炒香。
Pour in some milk and stir well. 加适量奶搅匀。
Put in the brinjal. Cook to tender. 下茄子煮至软。
Toss in the bean curd puff and bean curd sheet. 倒入豆腐卜和腐竹。
Add the sardine as well the tomato sauce. 加入罐头沙丁鱼和它的茄汁。
Then follow by tomato. 然后加入番茄。
Season with some salt. 放盐调味。
Serve the baked puffy pastry together with the sardine curry. 烤好的起酥皮和咖哩沙丁鱼一起上桌。
