Spicy Fried Rice
Ingredients
- white rice 白飯
- egg 蛋
- sweet potato leaves 番薯叶
- capsicum 灯笼辣椒
- lemon grass 香茅
- chilli 辣椒
- onion 洋葱
- garlic 蒜
- light soy sauce 酱油
- dark soy sauce 黑酱油
- fish sauce 鱼露
- sesame oil 麻油
- pepper 胡椒
- tomato puree 番茄泥
- water 清水
Steps
- Mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, pepper, tomato puree and a bit of water. 把酱油、黑酱油、鱼露、麻油、胡椒、番茄泥和少许清水混在一起。
- Cut the vegetables to desire size. Slightly crush the lemongrass and chilli. 蔬菜切成喜欢的大小,香茅和辣椒略敲烂待用。
- Saute the onion and garlic. 爆香洋葱和蒜。
- Add in the white rice, sweet potato leave and capsicum. 加入白饭、番薯叶和灯笼辣椒。
- Toss in the lemon grass and chilli. 加入香茅和辣椒。
- Then add in the egg. Stir fried thoroughly. 再倒入鸡蛋,炒匀。
- Lastly, seasoning with mixture in step (1). 以步骤(1)的混合物調味即可。
