Spicy Fried Rice
Ingredients
white rice 白飯
egg 蛋
sweet potato leaves 番薯叶
capsicum 灯笼辣椒
lemon grass 香茅
chilli 辣椒
onion 洋葱
garlic 蒜
light soy sauce 酱油
dark soy sauce 黑酱油
fish sauce 鱼露
sesame oil 麻油
pepper 胡椒
tomato puree番茄泥
water 清水
Steps
Mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, pepper, tomato puree and a bit of water. 把酱油、黑酱油、鱼露、麻油、胡椒、番茄泥和少许清水混在一起。
Cut the vegetables to desire size. Slightly crush the lemongrass and chilli. 蔬菜切成喜欢的大小,香茅和辣椒略敲烂待用。
Saute the onion and garlic. 爆香洋葱和蒜。
Add in the white rice, sweet potato leave and capsicum. 加入白饭、番薯叶和灯笼辣椒。
Toss in the lemon grass and chilli. 加入香茅和辣椒。
Then add in the egg. Stir fried thoroughly. 再倒入鸡蛋,炒匀。
Lastly, seasoning with mixture in step (1). 以步骤(1)的混合物調味即可。
