Sometime i feel headache when i want my big boy to eat anything i cooked, but i know it takes time to change. He quite picky too on the chicken. Thus i decided to make him a home grill chicken. Mmmm, it tastes fine to me even a bit burned at the outer skin, but my boy tried 1 small piece and refuse to take the second try. Well, at least a good start.
Ingredients
- chicken wings/thighs 鸡翼/腿
- chopped garlic 蒜茸
- oyster sauce 蚝油
- dark soy sauce 黑酱油
- soy sauce 酱油
- ginger/rice wine 姜酒/米酒
- sesame oil 麻油
- black pepper 胡椒
- sugar 糖
Steps
- Marinate the chicken wings/thighs with other ingredient for at least 1 hour. 所有材料混合腌鸡翼/腿至少1小时。
- Heat up the grill pan with some oil, grill the chicken to cook thoroughly. 烧热烤锅并涂上些油,烤鸡腿/翼直到熟透。
