Pumpkin Noodle and Meatballs in Mushroom Gravy




I made a simple dish for my elder son by using the homemade pumpkin noodle posted previously. He doesn't like to eat the meat except there are in meatball. Hence, i have to transform the minced meat into meatballs. The gravy I used was instant mushroom soup. He would definitely love it

Ingredients

  • cooked pumpkin noodle    煮熟的南瓜面
  • egg    
  • minced meat    絞肉
  • chopped onion   洋蔥叮
  • chopped garlic    蒜蓉
  • bread crumb    麵包糠
  • black pepper    胡椒粉
  • salt    盐
  • corn starch    粟粉
  • chopped chive    韭菜碎
  • instant mushroom soup powder    速溶蘑菇汤粉

  Steps 

  1. Place the minced meat, egg, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped chives, the seasoning (salt, black pepper) into a bowl. Stir the mixture well. If it is too wet, add some bread crumb to absorb the extra liquid.    將絞肉﹑蛋﹑蔥﹑蒜﹑韭菜倒入一個碗和調味料(盐﹑胡椒)攪勻。如太濕可稍量加些麵包糠。
  2. Scoop some of the mixture and roll into balls.    拿約一湯匙的肉泥﹐用手滾成圓球。
  3. Heat up the pan and pan fry the meatballs.    煎熟肉丸。
  4. Pour a little water into the instant mushroom soup powder and stir well. Bring the mixture to boil in the pan.      速溶蘑菇汤粉加些水混匀再煮滚。
  5. Place the meatballs back to the mushroom gravy and cook thoroughly.    将肉丸放回锅里的蘑菇汤汁煮滚。
  6. Scoop the meatballs and gravy onto the pumpkin noodle.    肉丸和蘑菇汤汁淋在南瓜面条上。
