Omelette Roll by Sandwich Maker

I don't exactly know how to named this, but this is super simple and fun. I'm using the grill plate in 3-in-1 sandwich maker (grill/waffle/sandwich) to make this meal. And the best part is I don't have to clean up the stove at the end.

Chicken Based Pizza

An easy and simple way to have a pizza without using any dough. Yup, I'm using a chicken breast as the dough base. Just topping with any ingredient and cheese (compulsory!!), you will enjoy this dish for sure.

Grill Chicken

Sometime i feel headache when i want my big boy to eat anything i cooked, but i know it takes time to change. He quite picky too on the chicken. Thus i decided to make him a home grill chicken. Mmmm, it tastes fine to me even a bit burned at the outer skin, but my boy tried 1 small piece and refuse to take the second try. Well, at least a good start.

Korokke (可乐饼)

Korokke is a famous dish among the kids, and adults too. Korokke usually coated with golden brown outer skin, which really make the kids appetite for food. And one more thing, it is sure a good 'place' to stuff in something that your kids dislike. Therefore my korokke mix with chicken and french bean, which my big boy doesn't really like them.

Pumpkin Flaky Pastries (南瓜酥)

I've made the pumpkin paste, now I'm move on to make the flaky pastry. I'm not used to keep the salted eggs in my kitchen, so I can only produce purely pumpkin flaky pastry without the present of salted egg.

Pumpkin Paste (Filling)

Mid-autumn festival (or mooncake festival) is one of the Chinese celebrations of a year. People used to serve mooncakes and salted egg flaky pastries (咸蛋酥) during the festival, it gives me some ideas.
There are assorted flavors for the salted egg flaky pastry's filling, like red bean, lotus, lotus in pandan. I want something unique, why don't i go for the pumpkin one since there is still a big chunk in my fridge? It is time to clean up the fridge now!!

Pumpkin Noodle and Meatballs in Mushroom Gravy

I made a simple dish for my elder son by using the homemade pumpkin noodle posted previously. He doesn't like to eat the meat except there are in meatball. Hence, i have to transform the minced meat into meatballs. The gravy I used was instant mushroom soup. He would definitely love it

Home Made Pumpkin Noodle

I've planned long ago to have my own home made noodle. But it didn't work out since i don't have the noodle cutter/roller.
Fortunately, my mother-in-law brought me one few weeks ago. So, is time to let the dream comes true. My first try: Pumpkin flavored noodle.
