Pancakes




Wanna have a pancake for your breakast? I have a recipe for you over here.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg    1 顆蛋
  • 2 table spoons of sugar    2 湯匙糖
  • 120ml of milk    120 毫升牛奶
  • 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour    1 1/2 杯普通麵粉
  • 1 table spoon of baking powder    1 湯匙發粉
  • 1 tea spoon of cooking oil    1 茶匙菜油
  • some water to adjust the thickness of the batter    適量水來調麵糊的濃稠度



  Steps 

  1. Place the egg and sugar into a container, whisk till the mixture full with bubbles.     蛋和糖置入一碗﹐用打蛋器打至呈泡泡。
  2. Add the milk and cooking oil and stir well.      加進牛奶和菜油拌勻。
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder. Then fold into the egg mixture.     麵粉和發粉過篩﹐然後拌進蛋糊裡。
  4. Add some water if the batter is too thick.    如果麵糊太濃稠﹐可適量加水。
  5. Place the batter in fridge for 1 hour.    麵糊冷藏1小時。
  6. Heat up the non-stick pan. Spread a little bit of oil. Scoop 1 table spoon of batter and place in the centre of the pan.    燒熱不沾鍋﹐抹上一層油。舀一湯匙麵糊倒在鍋中央。
  7. Put the lid on.    蓋上鍋蓋煎。
  8. Turn over the pancake when the top begins to bubble. On the lid.    當麵糊表明充滿氣泡即可翻面。蓋上鍋蓋繼續煎。
  9. The pancake is done when both sides are golden brown.    麵糊的兩面煎至金黃色即可離鍋。
  10. Serve with syrup/condense milk/honey/butter when they are still hot.    吃時可淋上糖漿﹑煉奶﹑蜜糖﹑牛油。趁熱吃﹗﹗
