Noodle is one of the common food found in any Chinese kitchen. There are various types of noodles you can choose from. I'm using dried noodle (Cintan Mee) in this recipe. You may add in any ingredient like vegetable, meat, seafood, eggs, meatball and etc. You could also present them in dried fried or in gravy, or even in soup.
Ingredients
- noodle 面
- egg 蛋
- diced sausage 已切叮的香腸
- sliced carrot 已切片的胡蘿蔔
- chopped garlic 蒜蓉
- oyster sauce 耗油
- dark soya sauce 黑醬油
- light soya sauce 醬油
- sesame oil 麻油
- sugar 糖
- black pepper 胡椒粉
- chopped chive 韭菜碎
Steps
- Put the oyster sauce,dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, sesame oil, sugar and black pepper into a container and stir with a splash of water. It will be the seasoning for later part. 將耗油﹑黑醬油﹑醬油﹑麻油﹑糖﹑胡椒粉放入一碗﹐加些水攪勻成調味料。
- Fried the diced sausage and keep for later usage. 香腸煎好備用。
- Stir-fried the egg and keep for later usage. 蛋炒熟備用。
- Sauté the garlic and the carrot. 爆香蒜蓉和胡蘿蔔。
- Toss in the noodle and stir well. 倒入麵條拌勻。
- Add the seasoning and stir well. 加入調味料拌勻。
- Lastly add in the chopped chive, fried sausage and the egg. Stir for final round and ready to serve. 最後放入韭菜碎﹑香腸和蛋拌勻即成。
