Hotdog

A new Monday, but I think I got a Monday blue. The blue answer from my boy "Don't know what to eat lah mummy?".....Oh blue blue blue..... Make a short way ~ Hotdog!!

Ingredients

• frankfurter bun    热狗面包
• sausage    香肠
• mayonnaise    美奶滋
• butter/margarine    牛油或黃油
• sliced cheese    片狀芝士

  Steps 

1. Make a cut in the middle of the bun. Spread some butter/margarine.    热狗面包中间割一刀，涂上牛油/黄油。
2. Toast the bun in a dry pan.    将面包置在干净的锅里烘一会儿。
3. Cut the cheese into strips. Place them in the center of the cutting.    芝士切条排在面包切口中间。
4. Melt the butter in the pan. Cook the sausage.    锅里烧融牛油/黄油煎熟香肠。
5. Then put the sausage in the center of the bun's cutting.    把香肠塞进面包切口里。 
6. Spread or pipe some mayonnaise on top.    上面抹些美奶滋。
