Pizza Topping with Hawaiian Tuna & Bacon



Sometime i'm quite lazy to clean up the mess in the kitchen, especially on the stove. So I'll use the oven to cook for me. Just put in your dish and let the oven does the cooking, and the best part is smoke free and oil-spill free. Ok, then what is the best menu i can have for my boy? Pizza! He likes it (sometimes) and I can rely on the oven to bake it nicely. How about the topping? Aiya, anything will do, as long as there is cheeseeeeee......

Ingredients (The quantity is enough for 2 regular pizzas)

Dough 

  • 2 cups of high-protein  flour    2 杯高筋面粉
  • 2 tea spoon of custard sugar    2 茶匙砂糖
  • 1 tea spoon salt    1 茶匙盐
  • 1 tea spoon  of instant yeast    1 茶匙速溶酵母
  • 3/4 cup of warm water    3/4 杯温水
  • 1 table spoon of cooking oil    1 汤匙菜油

Topping

  • Tuna flakes    吞拿肉碎
  • Canned pineapple slices    罐头黄梨片
  • Sliced bacon    熏肉切片
  • Mayonnaise    美奶滋
  • Cheese slices and mozzarella cheese    片状芝士和披萨芝士
  • Oregano    牛至
  • Canned tomato pasta sauce    意粉用的罐头番茄酱  **well, is out of stock from my fridge, so i'm not using it this time. But make sure you have this coz it really add more flavor to your pizza. If you can have fresh tomato pasta sauce is much much better.


Steps 

  1. Put the sifted high-protein flour, sugar, salt, yeast, cooking oil, warm water into a mixing bowl and knead into a rough dough by hand.    把筛过高筋面粉、糖、盐、酵母、菜油、水全都倒入盘用手揉成一团。
  2. Knead the dough with the mixer until it turns to even and smooth texture.     用搅拌机揉面团至均匀光滑。
  3. Roll the dough into a ball. Let it sit in a warm spot and goes for first proofing, until it grows 2 times bigger (approximate 60 minutes).     把面团搓成球状,置在温暖处发酵胀大至两倍大 (约60分钟)。
  4. Knead the dough to remove the trapped air. Roll the dough into a ball again.     把面团取出排气,搓成球状。
  5. Cut the ball into 2 equal parts and roll into smaller balls. If you happen to use 1 only, keep the balance in a zip bag and put into the freezer.    把面团分2份,在滚成2个球状。如果只用一份,另一份放进密封袋进冰格冷藏
  6. Use both hands to stretch the ball into a flat circular base and place it in the baking tray. Use a fork to make holes on the surface.   将小球以双手扯开弄平成一个圆形,置入烤盘。用叉子刺洞洞。
  7. Spread the cooking oil on the surface. Then the tomato pasta sauce      表面涂上一层油,接着番茄酱。
  8. Put a layer of mozzarella cheese. Follow by a layer of tuna flakes, then mayonnaise. Next, cheese slices, then bacon and pineapple. Seasoning with oregano. Spread the mozzarella cheese on top.    放一层披萨芝士,接着吞拿和美奶滋。然后片状芝士,紧接着熏肉和黄梨。撒上牛至,铺上一层披萨芝士。   
  9. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Spread the last round of the mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve while it's  hot.    180°C烤15分钟,再撒上最后的披萨芝士,继续烘5分钟。趁热吃哦!
