Mango Yogurt Ice-cream




Sometime is hard to get the kids to eat the fruit on its own. Example my son (ya, typical food-picker). So, I was wondering how to make him to like the fruit? Ice-cream? Ya, kids love ice-cream! But it's quite high calories and the fat too if I'm using creamer. What if yogurt? Yogurt ice-cream, healthier and contains lots of probiotics which is good to our health. So let's try this simple recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes    2 顆芒果
  • 2 x 135g yogurt (original flavor)    2 份135克的原味优格
  • Custard sugar (according to your preference)    砂糖 (随自己口味增减)

  Steps 

  1. Place the diced mango flesh, yogurt and the sugar into the blender to blend thoroughly.    将芒果肉、优格和糖放入搅拌机打烂。
  2. Pour into the container and freeze over night.    把混合物倒入喜欢的模具进冰格冻过夜。
