Sometime is hard to get the kids to eat the fruit on its own. Example my son (ya, typical food-picker). So, I was wondering how to make him to like the fruit? Ice-cream? Ya, kids love ice-cream! But it's quite high calories and the fat too if I'm using creamer. What if yogurt? Yogurt ice-cream, healthier and contains lots of probiotics which is good to our health. So let's try this simple recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes 2 顆芒果
- 2 x 135g yogurt (original flavor) 2 份135克的原味优格
- Custard sugar (according to your preference) 砂糖 (随自己口味增减)
Steps
- Place the diced mango flesh, yogurt and the sugar into the blender to blend thoroughly. 将芒果肉、优格和糖放入搅拌机打烂。
- Pour into the container and freeze over night. 把混合物倒入喜欢的模具进冰格冻过夜。
