Creamy Mushroom Soup & Scotland Mari Cheesy Stick
My bro-in-law gave me a pack of long tube cheesy sticks from Scotland. He said the sticks are nice to serve together with the creamy mushroom soup. Thus I decided to make my home-made mushroom soup today, so I can enjoy those Scotland made snack.

Singapore-Style Fried MeeHoon (星洲炒米)
I searched from web that most of Singapore-style fried meehoon in other countries used curry powder as one of the main ingredient , which Malaysia & Singapore don't. As I know in Malaysia we use the tomato ketchup and chili sauce instead of curry powder.
By the way, my kitchen never has tomato ketchup, thus I used healthier tomato puree which has lower sugar than ketchup.

Hakka Mee (客家面)
One of the famous dish in Seremban. It features the flat noodle (扁面条) and delicious juicy minced pork. Then sprinkle some fresh green onion on top. Isn't that sounds easy to you? Anyway I skip the green onion as my boy wouldn't like them in his plate.

Colorful Steam Bread

Tuna & Mushroom & Sweet Corn Pizza (Bread Maker Kneading)
Few attempts with frozen instant pastry as pizza base make me bored. So I'm going to make my very home-made pizza dough today. To free myself from messing up the kitchen, the handy bread maker kneads and proofs the dough instead of my own hands.

Baked Shu Mai
Another creative use of spring roll pastry~ turn them into shu mai (烧卖) skin. Then bake to golden brown instead of steam. They look great and taste yummy too.
